Our dance technique method incorporates strength training and flexibility exercises specifically designed to support classical dance training. Programs are individually designed to help dancers solve issues such as increasing their range of motion safely, strengthen muscular to improve power and dynamics, and increase core stability.
Mindfulness and meditation techniques are included to soothe nervous energy and relieve performance anxiety.
To add depth to the dance routine and raise it to a riveting and engaging performance, we work on acting technique, character development, and emotional execution.
I also provide career support and strategies as well as dance competition technique and dance routine cleaning.
