We created Soma Samadhi Yoga & Dance to support the well-being of our community. Our studio is a place where adults, children, and families can come to rejuvenate their mind, body, and spirit as well as explore their creativity. Our wellness programs and classes offer movement that is safe and physically therapeutic in a fun and upbeat atmosphere. It is our greatest pleasure to support all who enter our space in their journey toward a greater sense of peace, love, and joy!

Alexa has a lifetime of experience in the Performing Arts, Fitness, and Wellness industries. As a professional dancer, singer, and actress, Alexa performed in a variety of musical theatre, television, and film productions in the United States and Europe. Her credits include: Sweet Charity (Tour), Singin’ in the Rain (Tour), Sugar Babies (Regional), My One and Only (Regional), The Runner Stumbles (NYC), The Matchmaker (NYC), Street Scene (Teatro Regio, Torino, Italy), and Days of Our Lives.

Andrew has enjoyed a 25 year career in the Yoga & Healing Industry. He has owned and operated three yoga studios and was one of the first Certified Reiki Masters in Connecticut. He is an Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance and is 500 Hr certified through the Bikram Yoga College of India. Andrew has trained with Sean Corne, Bryan Kest, Bikram Choudhury, Jimmy Barkan, and Gary Kraftsow.
