Yoga has been a major part of Sarah’s life ever since she started her yoga journey several years ago while living in San Francisco. Yoga first began as an enjoyable form of exercise for Sarah, but eventually transformed her physically, mentally and spiritually and thus became a way of life. In 2015 she moved to France to pursue a Master's degree in Design. Her yoga practice deepened while in Paris allowing her to handle to the stress of graduate school as well as to build a community while living abroad. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa while in Paris and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Sarah is specialized in Hatha Flow and Vinyasa but takes an eclectic approach, drawing from other styles of yoga like Kundalini and Yin. Sarah truly believes in the healing effects of yoga and meditation and hopes to share the peace and balance that one finds with yoga with her students, whether on the mat or off.
