Stress Detox Workshop Leader
The ripple effect of unreleased stress impacts virtually every area of the body. Stress plays a major role in health related issues: headaches, high blood pressure, heart disease, depression and anxiety, diabetes, digestive issues, muscular aches and pains, sleep issues. Stress needs healing.
- week 1: 30 min Yoga/Pilates based Healing Movement 30 Min Seminar/Discussion “3 Practical ways to practice Mindfulness and Meditation.
- Week 2: 30 min Healing Movement, 30 min Seminar Discussion “Healing Nourishment – Anti-Inflammatory Eating.”
- Week 3: 30 min Healing Movement, 30 min Seminar/Discussion “3 Ways to create a nourishing evening ritual for better quality sleep.”
Sundays for three consecutive weeks 7-8 p.m
