Hot Yoga, Yogaburn®, and Bliss Barre

We offer a variety of Yoga & Fitness Classes; Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, YogaBurn®, and Bliss Barre

Yoga is far beyond physical exercises. It’s about transformational change and increasing your energy, so that you can heal your life and be truly present. Our approach is to work with the deeper aspects of yoga to enhance your well-being utilizing simple and gentle movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation.

Our Hot Yoga classes are held in an environmentally controlled heated room to warm the musculature. All yoga classes at Soma Samadhi offer functional yoga postures and effective breathing exercises so that everyone may benefit, no matter your body type, fitness level, or range of motion. All instructors provide supportive instruction with modifications for your individual needs.

Our state of the art heating system purifies the air and allows for fluctuations in temperature which is ideal for the practicing hot yogi.

You may view our weekly class schedule online. Sign-ups may be done at the studio just prior to class (our doors are open at least 30 minutes before each class). You may also sign up for a class online on the schedule page.

Hot Yoga

This is Bikram Hot Yoga (26 postures and 2 breathing exercises) done in a 70-75 minute class format. We play a variety of music in the background and offer direction and alternates/modifications as needed. We have over 20 years of teaching this method. Perfect heat and humidity and always supportive instruction.


Yoga Burn® is our signature heated yoga and sculpting class. Yoga Burn® is a fusion of yoga and full body toning done in a heated room (93-96 degrees). It is a 65 minute balanced exercise class designed to stretch, lengthen, and tone the entire body. We finish with deep hip, hamstring and back stretching.

Students have the option to use light hand weights to increase the intensity of some of the exercises.

This class is for all levels as students are welcome to modify and take breaks as needed.

Warm Flow Yoga

Warm Flow Yoga feature balanced sequences with modifications as needed. The classes focus on alignment, strength, flexibility, and finishes with deeper stretches and calming postures. Supportive music to soothe your soul play in the background. We include functional, fun postures that feel great and are accessible to all levels.

The classes vary as each teacher determines their own sequence.

Room will be heated to about 82-84 degrees.

Private Fitness Training Sessions

We offer privately scheduled sessions for Yoga, YogaBurn®, and Bliss Barre. Please contact us to schedule a private session.

Zumba Dance Fitness

Zumba is offered in our studio 3 times per week ( Mon & Wed at 7:00 p.m and Sat at 9:00 a.m) and is taught by certified Zumba teacher, Voula Varnavelias. Please note for all Zumba sessions clients pay Voula directly ($10) per class. Soma Samadhi passes are not valid for Zumba classes.
